As some of you may know, I have struggled with my mental health since becoming a mum. I have experienced post-natal depression after the birth of my daughter, and post-natal anxiety with all three babies.
These experiences have taught me so much, I have learnt different things from each one. The constant throughout all of this has been yoga (the support of my incredible Husband goes without saying).
Yoga is a huge umbrella term, encompassing so much, and each element of yoga can bring different learnings, benefits and coping mechanisms, when the nervous system is on high alert!
I have been working behind the scenes for a long time now on a new offering that combines all I've learnt through yoga and my maternal mental health. My hope is that I can help, and this comes from a place of love and support.
